Since you work in the field, you must have been shocked by the silence and lack of reaction from environmentalists in relation to the damage being carried out on farmland in Palestine and Lebanon.I hope that soon this will be seriously addressed by this group.
Thank you so much, Miranda! Yes indeed there’s a real problem with people sticking to their siloes… in fact there was some debate in the organizing before COP28 about the degree to which Gaza should or shouldn’t be centered. So at least the conversation is starting to occur…
